How long have you been in business?
TM Building Damage Restoration, Inc. has provided full-service restoration general contracting since August of 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
General contractor specializing in damage restoration - this includes water mitigation, drying, mold removal, odor removal, fire/smoke clean-up, personal property cleaning/storage, all the way through to complete reconstruction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was hired as the receptionist for this company in August of 1993. My partners and I purchased the company in October of 2002. I am currently the President of the company, the qualifying party for both our general contractor's license and our roofing license, and my specialty is restoration within the parameters of insurance claims.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full-service restoration general contractor and can clean, repair, restore, and/or rebuild just about anything. The QUALITY of our workmanship is one of our best features; when we have completed our work, we will have created an absolutely SEAMLESS restoration.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Tucson, AZ, however, we provide service to all of southern Arizona.

Our office is located at 7474 E. Speedway Blvd., on the south side of Speedway between Kolb and Pantano, and immediately west of the stoplight at Prudence.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, all major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, etc.
Which areas do you service?
We service Tucson and the surrounding communities (Oro Valley, Green Valley, Marana, San Manuel, Catalina, etc.,) Pima County, and other southern Arizona counties on a case-by-case basis.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday between 7:30 and 5:30pm, however, we have emergency service crews on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

That our work is virtually invisible; that no one would ever know that any type of property damage had occurred.
