How long have you been in business?
Management 2000 has been in business since 1981.
What is your primary product or service?
Management 2000 focuses on helping clients with growth strategies, some of those being: franchising, licensing, proprietorships, corporate owned expansion, merger, acquisition, strategic alliance, equity earn out, partnerships, joint venture and business format franchising. We also offer training, organizational development & design, strategic planning, optimize market presence, team member profiling, customer research and manuals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have four locations, our headquarters are in Tucson, AZ. We also have locations in Little Rock, AR and Houston, TX. We have recently expanded to the Middle East with our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What type of payments do you accept?
We except all forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
All of North America, the Middle East and select international areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bob Gappa founded Management 2000 in 1981.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Bob is one of the great ones in franchising. Very early on in my career with Donatos, we hired Management 2000 to help us develop sales processes and strategies. We got what we asked for and much more. Bob's work with us really help jump start what has become a very solid set of processes and strategies. If you don't want someone to poke at you and ask the tough questions, DON'T hire Bob. Besides having a wealth of information and an innate ability to teach, he and Pam are just fun to be with!"
